Introducing...

Dear Blog,

I have some big news for you. Juan and I adopted another dog. You probably think that we are crazy, and I guess that we probably are. Last weekend, we went to a dog rescue and looked at dogs. We met the sweetest little puppy, and she won us over instantly. There was another dog we were interested in too, but he wasn't there. On Wednesday, the lady from the dog rescue brought both dogs over to see how they would interact with Monty in our apartment. Monty got along really well with both of them. We decided to adopt the little girl puppy. The boy puppy was cute too, but he and Monty were super-playful inside, which seemed like it might be a bit of a problem. Anyway, our new pup is three months old and we named her Blu. She is black and has the sweetest little face. Her eyes remind me of Lil' Bro's. She and Monty have been getting along very well. Little Buddy seems to like having a companion, although he didn't understand at first what was going on. The first night, he was acting like a typical first-born (no offense to any older siblings out there). Every time she had a toy or a rawhide, he would take it from her. Poor buddy is used to getting everything to himself. Now, he's sharing better and they are getting along well.

I'm not going to even go into the computer drama in my life right now. Let's just say that when I finally had Juan's computer available, our internet wasn't working. SO FRUSTRATING!
