Dear Blog,
As you may have guessed from my absence, my computer is on the fritz again. I wrote a song about it, goes like this:
(To the tune of "On the road again")
On the fritz again
My computer's on the fritz again
I can't g-chat with my family or my friends
Cause my computer's on the fritz again.
Ah, it's always something, isn't it?
Anyway, I started work on Monday. It's been pretty laid-back--I've just been setting up my classroom and stuff. The kids come back on Monday. Juan and I also went to the doctor this week. The doctor was kind of funny. He asked me, "We've never met before, but are you always this pale?" Haha. Juan was like, "Yes." He was worried I might be sick. He also said, "Your eyes are big. Is that normal?" Umm, as far as I know they haven't grown. He said that if your eyes get real big all of the sudden, it can be a symptom of a thyroid problem. He was a funny old man.
That's about all I have to report from Mexico. I'll write to you soon.
